Clobetasol Propionate IP 0.05% w/w
Neomycin Sulphate IP 0.5% w/w

 Indications

Soltop-N cream consists of two active components: Clobetasol Propionate and Neomycin. Clobetasol Propionate is a synthetic corticosteroid for topical dermatologic use. Clobetasol is an analog of prednisolone; it has a high degree of glucocorticoid activity, and a slight degree of mineralocorticoid activity.

Neomycin is an amino glycoside antibiotic. It is used to treat infections caused by bacteria. Neomycin works by affecting the bacteria’s production of certain proteins that are necessary for their survival. It causes the bacteria to produce abnormal and faulty proteins. This ultimately kills the bacteria.
